Q: How far ahead can I place my Exchange request ?
A: Exchange requests can be placed as far ahead as 2 years or as close as 48 Hours.

Q: How many years can I accumulate my weeks for ?
A: You can save your weeks for up to 3 years, and accelerate the use of 1 year for a total of 4 weeks for your dream holiday.

Q: Do I have to look for someone to swap my week with if I want to go on holidays ?
A: No. That is the job of the exchange companies. Space bank your week with them, and they do all the work. You have your holiday when you want it, but plan early because all bookings are subject to availability.

Q: If I don't wish to use my week can I let my family and friends use it ?
A: Yes you can. You could also rent it out if you wish.

Q: How many Bonus Weeks can I book in a given year ?
A: As many as you wish. There are no limits. (always subject to availability)

Q: Can I book Bonus Weeks for family and friends ?
A: Yes you can. If booking through Dial an Exchange or Interchange there is no charge however if you book through RCI you must obtain a guest certificate, fee of $27.50.

Q: If I am not traveling on an Exchange or Bonus Week, can I still arrange my travel bookings through the exchange travel organisation ?
A: Yes, all members can take advantage of special fares and offers, regardless of whether they are staying at a resort, visiting family or traveling on business.

Q: How do I make an exchange request, organise bonus weeks, or book my flights etc ?
A: All you do is call the exchange company and one of their trained consultants will guide you through the process step by step, its as easy as that.

Q: Is there a cool off period when I purchase Timeshare or Holiday Ownership?
A: Yes there is a cool off period. The standard cool off period with this style of contract is 10 working days for private sales, however if the company selling the Timeshare is a member of ATHOC then the standard cool off period is 5 working days.
